Amy began working at AMIGOS during the summer of 2007. For the last nine years, Amy has worked at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, under a host of titles. She began in the Human Resource division as a team leader, moved to the Retail division to recruit and train new employees, and spent the last five years in the Operations division managing the Admissions team and their Guest Relations department.

Amy’s volunteer experience began in high school with AMIGOS. She spent the summer of 1993 in Paraguay giving human immunizations and learning the Spanish language and even a little Guarani! Amy continued her efforts at the University of Texas in San Antonio, where she joined the national service fraternity Alpha Phi Omega, holding several offices. Amy graduated from the University of Texas in San Antonio with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish.

Amy is elated to rejoin the AMIGOS team as the Alumni Relations Manager.
