Anoush joined the AMIGOS staff in 2008 as the Training Associate. Prior to joining AMIGOS staff, Anoush was the Project Manager for the American Leadership Forum Houston Chapter, where she gained a unique perspective on the impact of Leadership on communities.

Anoush is originally from Houston. She graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, in May 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish. While at Trinity, Anoush spent a semester abroad in Granada, Spain, living with a host family and taking classes at the University of Granada. She also participated in a Summer Study Abroad program through Villanova University in Valparaíso, Chile, where she developed a love for Latin American culture and hospitality.  Anoush was also actively involved with the Trinity University volunteer program which fostered her interest in leadership and volunteerism in Latin America
