
The International Office is buzzing this week preparing for our big annual meeting next week. Chapter Leaders, Project Directors, International Board Members and special guests are flying in from all over the world to join us at Hotel Zaza next Thursday. We'll spend 4 days planning, reflecting, collecting lessons-learned from 2011 and looking forward to 2012 and beyond.
So an amazing and productive meeting next week means controlled chaos this week. Everyone here at IO (especially Alyssa Peterson, the Executive Assistant to our CEO) is running like crazy to create presentations, book rooms, prepare decorations, finalize the 88 page materials packet, and make sure that every last detail is in place.
The copy machine is a hot commodity (to say the least), Alyssa's desk is Mt. Paperwork (see below), and we're having a heated To-Do list competition (left) to keep things exciting. : )
