We were thrilled to have Mike Kercheval, President and Chief Executive Officer of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) speak at our Executive Business Luncheon in Houston on April 5th.  Mike is a former Volunteer and Project Staff member, serving from 1972 to 1978 in every position along the AMIGOS leadership ladder, and is now a member of our International Board of Directors. 

Mike joined ICSC in January 2000 and was elected to the position of President and CEO in May 2001.  ICSC is the global trade and professional association of the retail property industry, with over 60,000 members in more than 100 countries.  ICSC provides research, education, advocacy and business-development resources to the individuals and companies who make up the world’s shopping center and retailing industries.  He spoke to an audience of 150 corporate and community leaders in the Houston area about How the American Shopping Mall is Shaping Communities and Community Worldwide.
