Interview:

Interviews are scheduled in block times, see calendar. At least one parent must attend with you.

Bring to your interview a copy of your report card and the following Houston-specific forms:

• Release Form, completed and signed
• Medical Release Form, completed and signed
• Participation Rules, completed and signed
• copy of your report card (last year, or first of this year)

If you haven't paid the application fee online, bring a check payable to "Amigos - Houston Chapter." Note that for applicants under 18, all custodial parents or legal guardians must sign these forms where indicated.

Applicants will be notified of acceptance the week of November 7.
