This week the Volunteers are finishing up their CBIs (community-based initiatives) and saying final goodbyes to caring host families. It is a very sad and exciting time for everyone to be leaving communities and going back home to their families. Tomorrow (Tuesday) starts debriefing which will be held in the capital city of San José. The Volunteers will be allotted some time to finally be tourists after 7 weeks of hard work. We will be hiking up Volcano Poas to see the wildlife and stand in awe at the beauty of Costa Rica for one last time.
