AMIGOS Volunteers participate in a Letter Writing Campaign to cover a portion of the cost of this program. The funds that are raised go to cover the cost of the training program, domestic and international airfare, safety, in-country transportation, project materials, and program project staff in country and benefit the entire program. The MSP Chapter will also help facilitate other fundraisers for Volunteers to raise money for their family contirbution.

The chapter also raises money from the greater Minneapolis / St. Paul area from corporate donors and individual contributions.
