In 1990 I volunteered for service with Amigos de las Américas (AMIGOS) in Ecuador. The experience serving others in need helped shape my vision of the world around me and I am forever grateful for the opportunity.

The road that I am currently on would not have been found without the insight and wisdom gained from serving others in a world completely different from that of my own.
