The second prize raffle winner and a guest will enjoy round-trip coach tickets on United Airlines to the  tropical paradise of Vera Cruz, Mexico. Three-night accommodation at Gran Hotel Diligencias in Veracruz, Mexico.  The hotel is located in the heart of Veracruz, Mexico’s oldest and most historical port city.  There are many great attractions nearby.

Third Prize Winner - Tamra Kehoe

Elk, California

The third prize raffle winner and a guest will enjoy round-trip coach tickets on United Airlines to California and three nights at a private cabin on the cliffside coastal town of Elk, California (generously donated by alumnus Marvin Trotter). The rustic, 1100 sq ft cabin features one bedroom, a hot tub, a wood-burning fireplace, and WIFI, and is situated only a 5 minute walk away from an absolutely incredible secluded beach. The cabin is a 30 minute drive from the tourist town of Mendocino where you can shop, hike, dive to your heart's content.

Fourth Prize Winner - David Hoster

The forth prize raffle winner and a guest will enjoy round-trip coach tickets on United Airlines to Truckee, California and a 6-night stay in a private Lake Tahoe area vacation home in the town of Tahoe Donner area (generously donated by Jason Malinowski and Kimberli Bearly, parents of a 2013 Volunteer).  The home is a three bedroom, two bath home which sleeps 7.  *Note: Availability May–September 2013 only.

Fifth Prize Winner - Bess Connors

The fifth prize raffle winner and a guest will receive round-trip coach tickets on United Airlines to Houston, Texas and a 1-night stay at magnificent Hotel Zaza and dinner for two at the Monarch Restaurant.  and The hotel offers easy access to the Houston Museum District, Reliant Stadium, the Houston Zoo and much more.  The luxurious accommodations feature extensive amenities and services.

Only 2500 tickets will be sold! Winners will be drawn on April 16th, 2013.  All proceeds benefit Amigos de las Américas, a non-profit organization that empowers young adults to develop leadership skills and increase multi-cultural awareness through training and community service in Latin America.
