Alan J. Wolf

Alan is the parent of a 1995 AMIGOS Volunteer and has served on the AMIGOS Board of Directors from 2000-2004. He returned to the Board in 2010.
Alan is currently an attorney with the firm of Robbins, Salomon and Patt, Ltd. His practice concentrates on a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters. He has extensive experience representing both public and private companies on ordinary and complex business matters, with emphasis on: strategic transactions, includer mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures in many industries including medical professions; capital raising and financial transactions, including private equity transactions, commercial and large multi-family residential real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing and private REITs; general corporate counseling, including contract negotiations, licensing, employment issues, shareholder control and buy-sell arrangements; and estate planning for asset protection and special needs.
Alan counsels clients in a number of industries, such as financial services, real estate, health care and manufacturing. For many years, Alan has served as the pro bono general counsel for various 501(c)(3) organizations. Alan has been the president of RSP for approximately the past decade.
