Elisa is the Senior Advisor to the Director of Peace Corps. Prior to this position she worked as the National Latino Outreach Director for the Obama Campaign. She has a JD (law degree) and a MA in Communication from University of Southern California USC. She holds a Bachelors degree from Stanford University in Policy/Communications. She is Latina, raised in New Mexico and currently lives in Washington DC. She is married to a Colombian national and travels to Colombia often.
