Julie Taylor

New to the Board in 2013, Julie Taylor hopes that through the combination of her education, international health experience, and heart for the underserved, she will prove to be a valuable member of the AMIGOS Board.
For the past decade, Julie has spent much of professional time on a range of public health initiatives, including addressing HIV/AIDS in Swaziland, South Africa and Bangkok; and working on refugee public health issues in Haiti.
Julie holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of Washington, a Master’s of Public Health from Loma Linda University, and a Doctor of Medicine from Michigan State. She currently lives in Sierra Madre, California where she is a Pediatric Resident at Kaiser Permanente.
