Mary StelletelloMary Stelletello started her AMIGOS career in 1987 as a Correspondent Volunteer in Loja, Ecuador. She was a college student at U.C. Berkeley pursuing degrees in Politic Science and Economics with a minor in Spanish. After her AMIGOS experience she decided to pursue a dual-degree graduate program of MA in Latin American Studies and MBA in International Management the University of New Mexico. While studying, she picked up the newspaper and saw an article about My summer with AMIGOS so she contacted the Albuquerque Chapter and volunteered with the chapter from 1994-2000. First as PR Coordinator, then as Co-Training Director and finally as Chapter President. In 2004, Mary joined the International Board, serving in positions as: Chair of CV and Marketing Committee; Chair of Finance Committee; Secretary; Vice Chair and assumed the Chair position in 2011.

Mary Stelletello founded Vista Global Coaching & Consulting in 2011. Vista Global supports nonprofit executives, social entrepreneurs, young leaders or socially responsible businesses through personalized coaching services and nonprofit organizations and foundations through consulting services. Mary is a certified coach with the Coaches Training Institute and credentialed by the International Coaching Federation. Consulting services are offered in the areas of organizational capacity building, strategy development, leadership development, governance, and facilitation and training. Prior to starting her own firm, Mary was a Senior Associate with La Piana Consulting, a management consulting firm providing services to nonprofits and foundations.

Early in her career, Mary held executive director positions with several youth-serving nonprofits, ranging in budget size from $150,000 to $13 million. These organizations focused on services for at-risk, runaway, and homeless youth, and legal services for abused and neglected children, and youth development. In addition, Mary served as Executive Director of AYUSA Global Youth Exchange, an international nonprofit providing high school exchange opportunities for youth from 60 countries.

Her accomplishments include an International Fellowship in Community Development sponsored by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation; participation in the Salzburg Seminar in Austria on the topic of Engaging Youth in Community Development and receipt of the 2010 AMIGOS Phil Johnson III Veteran Service Award.
