Thank you for applying for the Youth Ambassadors Program!

In order to complete the application process, youth applicants are required to sumbit one reference form from a teacher or school administrator and one reference form from a representative at their community service site.

Adult applicants are required to sumbit two professional references.

Applicants should print these forms and turn them in to the individuals who will serve as references.  Individuals serving a references will return the forms directly to AMIGOS staff.
